POP and SMTP server addresses are required in order to connect an iPhone to an ATT.NET email account. The POP and SMTP domain names may be used to configure the iPhone's mail app to manage your account's mailbox.

  • Tap the "Settings" icon on the iPhone's home screen.
  • Make sure you're on the mail tab before you go to the accounts section.
  • Click on "Add Account." There is a drop-down menu of account types.
  • Add a mail account by selecting "Other." The registration form has opened.
  • Fill up the "Name" field with your name.
  • In the "Email" field, enter your AT&T email address.
  • Enter your password in the Password field.
